Le Paludier de Guérande ground sea salt is hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Guérande using traditional methods. It is a legacy of know-how and is naturally grey and free from additives. After harvesting it is left to drain in the sun, simply dried and then ground.
This salt is suitable for use on the table or in the kitchen in food preparation.
